After a competitive Request for Proposal bid, Arizona Livescan has been awarded a three-year contract for fingerprinting City of Mesa employees, contractors, licensees and volunteers. Arizona Livescan was selected as the fingerprinting vendor after successfully responding to all of the requirements of the bid. Friday’s Arizona Republic spelled out some grim news for those awaiting their clearance from AZ Department of Public Safety.
